Overview

Jacqueline N. Harvey is a litigation attorney in Holland & Knight's San Francisco office. Her practice includes representing individuals and corporations in complex commercial disputes, professional liability and bankruptcy matters. She represents clients in a broad range of industries, including healthcare, technology and hospitality.

Since joining the firm, Ms. Harvey has worked on cases and appeals before California District Courts and the California Court of Appeals. Ms. Harvey has also represented clients in civil rights matters supported by minority communities and in disputes overcoming opposition to low-income housing. Ms. Harvey is an active member in Holland & Knights Woman’s Initiative Program.

During law school, Ms. Harvey was an extern for the Honorable Robert N. Kwan of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California. She also participated in the Investor Advocacy Program, where she advocated for investors by participating in the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) arbitrations against brokers.
