Jessica Heather Hoch is an associate in Holland & Knight's Miami office where she practices in the areas of land use and commercial real estate transactions.
She represents private and public entities in the development of commercial, residential and mixed-use projects in all phases of development. Ms. Hoch assists clients with the procurement and retention of development entitlements; the negotiation and preparation of developer agreements; representation relating to impact fees and capital charges; and all other aspects of representation before local, regional and state agencies.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Hoch interned for the Honorable Virginia M. Hernandez Covington of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. While attending law school, she was a research assistant, a teaching assistant and a teaching fellow at the Stetson University College of Law Writing Clinic. In addition, she served as an assistant editor of the Stetson Law Review.
