James Homer P Hrissikopoulos

James Hrissikopoulos is a real estate attorney in Holland & Knight's Dallas office and a member of the firm's Real Estate Capital Markets Team. Mr. Hrissikopoulos represents clients in connection with commercial real estate transactions and finance matters, including loan originations and modifications within commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) transactions.

Mr. Hrissikopoulos also has experience representing business professionals and institutional clients in oil and gas transactions, real estate purchases and sales, residential and commercial leasing and landlord-tenant disputes.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Hrissikopoulos was a real estate attorney at a boutique law firm in El Paso, Texas.
