Hunter S. Hullett

Hunter S. Hullett is a financial services attorney in Holland & Knight's Dallas office. Mr. Hullett represents financial institutions, hedge funds and private capital funds in connection with a wide range of commercial finance matters. He has experience advising agents, arrangers and lenders on complex structured finance transactions, acquisition financings, asset-based and cash flow financings and other similar lending transactions.

During law school, Mr. Hullett was a member of the Order of the Barristers and served as an articles editor and senior executive editor for the Baylor Law Review.
