Overview

Kate Joffe is a litigator in Holland & Knight's Fort Lauderdale office, with extensive experience in complex litigation and appeals. In her diverse practice, she serves the litigation needs of a wide range of clients, representing both plaintiffs and defendants before Florida state and federal courts.

Ms. Joffe's litigation and appellate practices are concentrated on complex matters and high-stakes litigation. She has extensive experience in disputes involving fiduciary duties, deceptive and unfair trade practices, misappropriation, fraud, trade secrets, contracts, and real estate claims. She also has successfully defended clients in both federal and Florida class actions in matters involving the disclosure of protected information, deceptive and unfair trade secrets, and fraudulent misrepresentation, among others.

In addition, Ms. Joffe is the co-coordinator of Holland & Knight's Women's Initiative for the Fort Lauderdale office and is actively involved in her community through Leadership Broward and Soroptimist International of Pompano Beach.
