Morgan Jones has experience in commercial real estate matters ranging from acquisition, development and project financing to the leasing and disposition of real estate assets.

Mr. Jones advises healthcare clients in strategic real estate transactions, including acquisition, assemblage and planning for new healthcare facility developments. He works extensively with hospitals, health systems and healthcare companies on medical office leasing, facility ground leasing and facility master leasing in the context of Stark, anti-kickback and other regulatory considerations. He also assists healthcare companies with outparcel and retail center leasing for a growing national chain of urgent care centers.

Mr. Jones also represents both landlords and tenants in connection with the leasing of shopping center outparcels and in-line retail space, office buildings, mixed-use projects and industrial properties. Clients value his ability to translate verbal agreements and understandings into final documents.
