Overview

Justin M. Kadoura is an attorney in Holland & Knight's Philadelphia office. Mr. Kadoura's practice focuses primarily on defending against consumer-driven tort litigation involving product liability, mass tort, toxic tort, environmental tort and catastrophic injury, as well as antitrust and digital privacy cases.

Mr. Kadoura's product liability and tort practices often involve defending against parallel or standalone actions brought by municipalities and government agencies. Mr. Kadoura is experienced in litigating bet-the-company cases, including successfully obtaining dismissals and summary judgment in complex individual, class, mass and multidistrict actions in state and federal courts and arbitrations. He is well versed in all aspects of litigation from inception through trial and appeal and has handled matters involving a wide range of subjects, including for clients in the pharmaceutical, medical device, communications, real estate, consumer product, manufacturing, college athletics and adult entertainment industries.

As part of his toxic tort practice, Mr. Kadoura litigates matters involving new and emerging issues surrounding per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS), in addition to more traditional substances such as asbestos and benzene. His tort and product liability practice also includes a wide range of nontraditional causes of action, including claims for public nuisance, as well as claims under the False Claims Act (FCA), Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act and Cable Communications Policy Act (CCPA).

Mr. Kadoura gained experience as a clerk for the Honorable Paul Diamond of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Honorable Jane Roth of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
