Overview
Haaleh Katouzian is an attorney in Holland & Knight's Tysons office. Ms. Katouzian focuses her practice on internal and government investigations, False Claims Act (FCA) defense, and suspension and debarment proceedings.
Ms. Katouzian represents corporate clients, including government contractors and healthcare entities, and individuals, in enforcement matters. Her experience includes responding to civil investigative demands and subpoenas, litigating FCA matters, conducting compliance reviews and risk assessments for regulated entities, and preparing submissions in response to notices of proposed debarment and government show-cause letters.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Katouzian was a senior associate at a boutique government contracts firm in Washington, D.C.
