Kyle Leeman

Kyle Leeman is a corporate attorney in Holland & Knight's New York office. Mr. Leeman focuses his practice on corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), venture capital, asset and stock acquisitions, private equity and general corporate governance.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Leeman was a summer associate in the firm's New York office, where he gained experience in a broad range of corporate transactions.

While in law school, Mr. Leeman served as a legal intern in the school's Entrepreneurial Law Clinic. He also was a staff member of the Fordham Environmental Law Review.
