Ralph T. Lepore III

Ralph T. Lepore III is a partner in Holland & Knight's Boston office and is a member of the firm's Litigation Section. Mr. Lepore is a trial lawyer with 35 years of experience and practices in the area of general civil litigation.

In Massachusetts and various other states, Mr. Lepore has handled numerous general aviation aircraft litigation matters involving mid-air collisions, runway accidents, miscellaneous take-off and landing accidents, and accidents due to fuel exhaustion, fuel starvation, contaminated fuel, propeller failures, other component-part failures, unlocked doors on take-off, icing of wings, icing of runways, wind-shear and in-flight-turbulence, as well as helicopter accidents. He has also handled several terminal accidents, including slip and falls, electrocutions and defibrillator failures. In addition to his aviation industry experience, Mr. Lepore has extensive experience in the areas of product liability, environmental litigation, toxic and mass tort litigation, general commercial litigation, drug and pharmaceutical, and insurance coverage litigation.

Mr. Lepore has pro hac vice admissions in several states, including Rhode Island, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Maryland, Maine, Pennsylvania, Alabama, Connecticut, Delaware, Vermont, Florida, Texas, California and New York.
