J. Antonio Martinez

Javier Martínez is an international arbitration and litigation attorney in Holland & Knight's Mexico City office. Mr. Martínez focuses his practice on representing national and international companies in civil, commercial and administrative litigation before federal and local courts in Mexico.

Mr. Martínez also participates in domestic and international arbitrations before the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).

In addition, Mr. Martínez has extensive experience handling a wide range of disputes, including contractual and extra-contractual claims, amparo proceedings, cross-border disputes, interim measures and complex commercial matters involving major corporate clients.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Martínez was a member of other highly regarded law firms in Mexico City, where he worked on civil, commercial and administrative disputes before Mexican courts.
