Amy McVeigh is a commercial litigation attorney in Holland & Knight's Philadelphia office. Ms. McVeigh handles a variety of matters involving breach of contract, employment law, product liability, business torts, intellectual property, class actions and other complex business disputes in various industries. She has experience at all stages of litigation in federal and state trial courts around the country, with considerable experience litigating in New Jersey. Ms. McVeigh's litigation experience also extends to appellate courts, arbitration tribunals and mediation panels.
