Daniela Morales

Daniela Morales Numa is a tax attorney in Holland & Knight's Bogotá office, where she focuses on structuring national and international businesses considering tax and commercial perspectives. She also has experience in foreign exchange advice regarding regulations and compliance with obligations before the Banco de la República, as well as operations subject to the Transfer Pricing Regime. However, her experience focuses on the areas of planning, consulting, foreign investment, application of tax treaties to avoid double taxation and individual taxation.

Ms. Morales Numa has been a researcher and author of several articles on specific modifications in the latest tax reforms in Colombia.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Morales Numa worked as a tax associate in other Bogotá law firms.
