Erika Padilla

Erika Padilla is a tax attorney at Holland & Knight's Mexico City office. Ms. Padilla focuses her practice on international and domestic tax matters in Mexico, providing services related to tax litigation, audits and controversies, as well as tax consulting.

Ms. Padilla has advised national and multinational companies across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, steel, beauty and apparel, food and beverage, chemical, pharmaceutical and textile. Her practice also involves foreign trade and administrative matters.

In addition, Ms. Padilla has extensive experience in tax controversy and administrative and foreign trade litigation and she has handled complex audit proceedings, settled conclusive agreements and challenged tax assessments before administrative authorities and judicial and administrative courts. Ms. Padilla has also participated in tax recovery proceedings for undue tax payments and tax credits resulting from routine or extraordinary commercial operations.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Padilla was an attorney at a global law firm in Mexico City office.
