Overview
Kelsey Parker is a business attorney in Holland & Knight's Tysons office. Ms. Parker practices primarily in the areas of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and general corporate law. In her practice, Ms. Parker represents companies acquiring, selling and investing in businesses among a diverse selection of industries, including government contracts, manufacturing and information technology. She also counsels clients on a range of corporate transactional matters.
While in law school, Ms. Parker served as a staff member for the William & Mary Business Law Review and was a member of the Student Bar Association. During her final two years of law school, Ms. Parker interned with a Virginia law firm and worked for the in-house counsel of an international shipping company.
Ms. Parker is committed to bettering her community. She spent a semester volunteering with the Legal Aid Society of Eastern Virginia and maintains an active interest in pro bono matters.
