Overview

Elizabeth C. Perry is an attorney in Holland & Knight's Washington, D.C., office and a member of the Public Policy & Regulation Group. Ms. Perry's practice focuses on regulatory, legislative and administrative law matters, with a particular emphasis on space law and emerging technologies.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Perry held several legal internships focusing on aerospace, telecommunications and public policy. During her time at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center and the Federal Communications Commission's (FCC) Space Bureau, Ms. Perry gained insight into federal regulatory processes and space-related legal issues. She also served as a summer legal intern for the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Science, Space, and Technology, contributing to legislative research and analysis.

While in law school, Ms. Perry co-founded the Space Law Society, where she served as president for two years. In this capacity, she connected with members of the international and domestic space law community, including holding a symposium on emerging issues relating to international governance in space. Ms. Perry was also a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society and a note and comment editor for the American Bar Association's Administrative Law Review.
