Maria Fernanda Pinzon

María Fernanda Pinzón Alvarez is a corporate attorney in Holland & Knight's Bogotá office. Ms. Pinzon focuses her practice on intellectual property, competition, consumer protection, data protection and regulatory matters.

As part of her practice, Ms. Pinzón represents national and international clients in judicial and administrative proceedings before Colombia's Superintendency of Industry and Commerce (SIC), administrative courts and Council of State, among others.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight in her current position, Ms. Pinzón was a law clerk in the firm's Bogotá office.
