Melissa Pregasen

Melissa Pregasen is an attorney in Holland & Knight's Boston office, where she focuses her practice on technology transactions, intellectual property (IP) licensing, and data privacy and security.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Pregasen was a summer associate and law clerk in the firm's Boston office. While in law school, she was an active member of the Northeastern Law Review and served as a lawyering fellow assisting junior students with a year-long social justice research project.
