Jonah Price is a finance attorney in Holland & Knight's Nashville office and serves as the Practice Group Leader of the Corporate Finance Group. Mr. Price represents borrowers and lenders in complex commercial finance transactions.

Mr. Price's background includes asset-based loans, cash flow credit facilities, senior and subordinated credit facilities, capital call facilities, private placement facilities and debtor-in-possession credit facilities.
