Overview

Jonah Price is a finance attorney in Holland & Knight's Nashville office and serves as the Practice Group Leader of the Corporate Finance Group. Mr. Price represents borrowers and lenders in complex commercial finance transactions.

Mr. Price's background includes asset-based loans, cash flow credit facilities, senior and subordinated credit facilities, capital call facilities, private placement facilities and debtor-in-possession credit facilities. He is known as a team player who views each transaction as an opportunity to address the risks and challenges faced by clients while helping them achieve their strategic objectives.

Healthcare companies, financial services institutions, specialty lenders and private equity firms value Mr. Price's experience and efficiency in domestic and cross-border acquisition financing, asset-based lending, working capital financing, corporate restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings.

Previously, Mr. Price gained extensive commercial finance experience in the New York offices of global law firms, where he independently managed all aspects of multimillion and multibillion financing arrangements.
