Overview

Ty J. Pryor is a real estate attorney in Holland & Knight's Orlando office. Mr. Pryor focuses his practice on commercial leasing, portfolio transactions and development matters.

Mr. Pryor also advises clients based on his in-depth understanding of Florida brokerage law.

In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Pryor is involved in several charities and groups dedicated to assisting veterans. His dedication to these organizations is driven by his six years' experience as a U.S. Army cryptologic linguist, with a specialization in Russian language and military intelligence.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Pryor was involved in lender-focused real estate financing and large-scale multi-property transactions.
