Rodrigo Ruvalcaba is an attorney in Holland & Knight's Mexico City office, where he focuses his practice on a variety of corporate service and financial transactions.
Mr. Ruvalcaba provides legal advice to domestic and international clients on corporate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and corporate financing. He has drafted, negotiated and successfully completed high-profile transactions, including M&A, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and a wide range of general contractual and corporate matters.
Mr. Ruvalcaba also advises clients in corporate governance and foreign investment matters across a variety of industries.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Ruvalcaba was an associate at an international firm, where he focused his practice on advising clients on corporate, M&A, administrative, energy and regulatory matters.

- Advised various national and international companies in the establishment of Mexican companies
- Handled the preparation of various agreements
- Successfully represented a client for the acquisition of a refined products trading company
- Successfully represented a storage permit holder for its permit amendment and regulatory compliance
- Advised in the negotiations for the amendment of engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contracts
