Evan B. Ryland

Evan Ryland is a healthcare compliance and enforcement attorney in Holland & Knight's Nashville office. Clients rely on Mr. Ryland as an adviser on day-to-day operational issues, including recruitment and employment, and regulatory issues such as maintaining ongoing compliance with federal anti-kickback regulations. He also counsels hospitals and other outpatient services providers on Stark Law compliance, Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and state healthcare regulations.

Mr. Ryland began his career as a litigation fellow with the Chesapeake Bay Foundation before serving as staff attorney to the Hon. Rodney D. Burress of the 55th Judicial Circuit of the Kentucky Circuit Court.
