Overview

Ethan Seery is a corporate attorney in Holland & Knight's Chicago office. Mr. Seery focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity transactions, search fund transactions and general corporate matters for private equity funds, their portfolio companies, and other public and privately held businesses.

Mr. Seery's transactional experience covers a variety of sectors, including business and financial services, insurance, manufacturing, healthcare and transportation. He takes a collaborative, business-oriented approach to each transaction with a focus on providing quality client service.
