Ivan Arturo Mauricio Serralde Loyzaga

Ivan Serralde Loyzaga is a corporate attorney in Holland & Knight's New York office. Mr. Serralde Loyzaga focuses his practice on corporate finance and capital markets transactions, with an emphasis on cross-border deals involving Latin America.

Mr. Serralde Loyzaga represents financial institutions, corporate borrowers and issuers in a wide range of financing transactions, including syndicated lending, acquisition finance, structures financing and securities offerings.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Serralde Loyzaga practiced in both Mexico City and New York, where he gained experience advising clients on international matters.
