Warren Smith

Warren Smith is a real estate and financial services attorney in Holland & Knight's Atlanta office. Mr. Smith focuses his practice on commercial real estate finance, complex commercial and banking transactions, and related matters. He advises a variety of funds, lenders and sponsors on real estate finance and development transactions across the United States.

Mr. Smith has experience representing national and regional lending institutions, private equity sponsors and real estate owners in connection with mortgage and mezzanine loans, construction financing and permanent financing arrangements. His work spans a variety of asset classes, including multifamily, office, industrial, retail, hospitality and data center projects. He regularly assists clients with transaction structuring, due diligence and the negotiation of financing and related transactional documents.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Smith was a real estate finance attorney for a large international law firm in Atlanta, where he represented clients in a broad range of complex commercial real estate transactions.
