Overview

Everett R. Stanley is a public policy and regulation attorney in Holland & Knight's Tallahassee office. Mr. Stanley focuses his practice on commercial, administrative and appellate litigation, representing clients that interact extensively with state and local governments as regulators or customers.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Stanley was an attorney at a national law firm in its Tallahassee office, where he concentrated on commercial litigation and appeals.

Before entering private practice, Mr. Stanley served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Dana M. Douglas of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the Honorable Jay C. Zainey of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana.

While in law school, Mr. Stanley served as editor-in-chief of the Emory Law Journal.
