Overview
Gordon Streisand is a business attorney in Holland & Knight's Miami office and a member of the firm's Private Wealth Services Group. Mr. Streisand focuses his practice on domestic wealth transfer tax planning, drafting instruments ranging from simple wills to complex dynastic trusts and facilitating the transfer of assets downstream for ultra-high-net-worth individuals and their families.
Mr. Streisand also provides comprehensive services to family offices, particularly with respect to holistic management and preservation of family wealth and the facilitation of business succession across multiple generations, while tailoring estate plans that help ensure the seamless transfer of assets and preserve the family's legacy and values.
