Overview
Alexis D. Sverdlik is a corporate attorney in Holland & Knight's Miami office and a member of the Corporate Services Team. Mr. Sverdlik focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity, corporate governance and other general corporate matters.
In addition, Mr. Sverdlik represents insureds and underwriters in connection with transactional risk products, including the issuance of representations and warranties insurance (RWI) policies.
While in law school, Mr. Sverdlik was a research editor for the Florida Law Review and worked as a teaching assistant for Legal Writing I and II. Additionally, he assisted veterans with filing for benefits and appealing the denial of benefits through his participation in the Veterans and Servicemembers Legal Clinic. Mr. Sverdlik also earned pro bono hours during law school for assisting the public as part of the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program.

- Represented MEAG on its equity investment in TowerPoint Infrastructure Partners LLC, one of the largest private owners of wireless infrastructure assets in the United States
- Represented a category leader in healthcare facilities and healthcare technology management software in its sale to an AI-augmented enterprise asset management (EAM) software company.
- Represented Falfurrias Capital Partners in connection with the following growth investments:
- Woven Solutions, a leading provider of technology and software solutions for the national security community
- Oddball Inc., a leading digital services agency that specializes in software development, DevSecOps and human-centered design transforming and modernizing how government organizations interact with constituents
- Jumo Health, an innovative and award-winning clinical trial solutions company driving better outcomes for clinical trials globally
- Represented Natural Dog Company, a brand known for its high-quality dog care products, in its sale to FoodScience LLC, a leading provider of premium health and wellness solutions for pets and people
- Represented Trustpoint.One, a leading provider of tech-enabled legal services to law firms and corporate clients, on the sale of a majority stake in its company to Arcapita Group Holdings Limited, a global alternative investment firm
- Represented a private equity firm in several acquisitions of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) maintenance, repair and replacement services companies
