Tracy Walker

Tracy Walker is a business attorney in Holland & Knight's Boston office. Ms. Walker advises a wide range of corporate entities, with a focus on emerging companies, venture financings, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity and corporate governance.

While in law school, Ms. Walker was a summer associate and legal clerk at the firm's Boston office. She also completed an internship in the legal and compliance department at a major insurance company.

In addition, Ms. Walker served as a staff writer and executive notes editor for the Boston College Law Review, as well as a student attorney for the Compassionate Release and Parole Clinic.

Prior to law school, Ms. Walker worked for a large insurance company as a personal lines underwriter. In this role, she worked with general counsel as well as sales and risk consulting teams to promote account growth and attract new business.
