Overview
David Wallach is a business attorney in Holland & Knight's Tysons office. Mr. Wallach focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity, venture capital and general corporate matters.
Mr. Wallach represents public and private companies in various industries, including healthcare, technology, government contracting and professional services.
During law school, Mr. Wallach served as a notes editor for the George Mason Law Review and was a member of the Scalia Law Moot Court Board. Mr. Wallach interned at the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and a boutique law firm focused on blockchain technology.
Prior to law school, Mr. Wallach worked as a credit risk analyst for a leading global investment banking firm.
