Brandon T. White is a litigation attorney in Holland & Knight's Miami office. Mr. White advises business and financial institutions in individual and class action litigation matters in state and federal courts. He also routinely appears in various arbitration forums.
Mr. White's practice focuses on litigation and regulatory compliance matters concerning the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), Truth in Lending Act (TILA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and Florida Consumer Collection Practices Act (FCCPA). He has extensive experience litigating matters concerning revolving credit accounts, auto loans, mortgages and other consumer financial products. He also provides risk management and regulatory compliance counseling on these topics and industries.
Additionally, Mr. White has significant experience representing large and midsized commercial clients in torts and breach of contract litigation matters.
During law school, Mr. White served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Paul C. Huck of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, as well as a congressional intern for Rep. Corrine Brown (D-Fla.). In addition, he was a member of the Florida Moot Court Team.
