Abigail Williams

Abigail Williams is a financial services attorney in Holland & Knight's Century City office. Ms. Williams focuses her practice on representing financial institutions in a wide range of commercial lending and banking transactions.

Ms. Williams has experience representing lenders in capital call lines of credit, subscription-based credit facilities and other asset-based loans. She has experience in both international and domestic transactions.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Williams was an attorney at the Century City office of a large national law firm.

While in law school, Ms. Williams was a member of the Virginia Tax Review and served as president of Virginia Law Women.
