Anjuli Woods is a trial attorney licensed in three states with more than a decade of litigation experience. She focuses her practice on complex, high-value business disputes covering a variety of industries, including real estate, commercial retail and healthcare. Ms. Woods has significant courtroom experience including handling several long-cause trials.   

Ms. Woods' representative areas of practice include:

  • representing commercial retail developers in construction, governance and leasing disputes
  • representing businesses in high-exposure claims, including product liability and mass tort
  • representing shareholders, limited liability companies (LLCs) and partnerships in business relationships and dispute resolution, including business divorces
  • assisting companies in defending and bringing claims for fraud/breach of contract/misappropriation of trade secrets
  • representing physicians, nurses, hospitals and other medical facilities in professional liability matters, including medical malpractice lawsuits and licensing board investigations
  • representing hospitals in contracted and non-contracted commercial payer disputes
  • representing landowners in eminent domain and inverse condemnation proceedings
