Willard Younger represents buyers and sellers in the healthcare and financial services industries in structuring and executing merger and acquisition transactions and complex reorganizations. He works extensively with strategic and private equity investors and their portfolio companies on transactions within the healthcare industry.
Mr. Younger's experience includes finding restructuring solutions for financial institutions and corporate clients as well as providing due diligence and related disclosures in connection with capital markets transactions. He has managed deal teams comprising junior associates, specialist attorneys, paralegals and local counsel.
Previously, Mr. Younger gained valuable experience as a corporate associate for Cravath, Swaine & Moore in New York where he advised public company clients in the financial services, food and beverage and technology sectors in securities, restructuring and merger and acquisition transactions. He also served in roles in New York State Government and politics focusing on economic development, infrastructure and campaign finance.
