Sophie Zarkesh

Sophie Zarkesh is a real estate attorney in Holland & Knight's Century City office and member of the West Coast Real Estate Practice Group. Ms. Zarkesh focuses her practice on complex real estate joint ventures and commercial real estate transactions.

Ms. Zarkesh has experience handling the acquisition, disposition, financing, operation and leasing of various asset types, including office buildings, multifamily residential, shopping centers and industrial properties.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Zarkesh was an attorney at a global law firm in its Los Angeles office.

While in law school, Ms. Zarkesh served as the president of the Real Estate Law Society and managing editor of the Business Law Digest.
