Overview
Allen Zheng is a financial services attorney in Holland & Knight's Atlanta office. Mr. Zheng represents financial institutions, private equity firms and other private and public companies on a wide range of financial instruments and legal matters.
Mr. Zheng has experience with asset-based and cash-flow lending, syndicated transactions and leveraged acquisition financing, as well as senior, mezzanine and subordinated debt transactions.
During law school, Mr. Zheng was the managing editor of the Emory Corporate Governance and Accountability Review.
