Phase III SBIR Funding Agreements with the Federal Government

Government Contracts Partner David Black will lead a National Contract Management Association (NCMA) Tysons Seminar titled, "Phase III SBIR Funding Agreements with the Federal Government."

The seminar will provide tips and strategies for commercializing technologies through Phase III of the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Program. Mr. Black will focus on practical tips for commercialization of products and processes, including how to maximize sole source contract opportunities and data rights protections that have led to the growth of companies run by SBIR entrepreneurs.
