Welcoming Remarks

Government Contracts Partners David Black and John Brownlee, chair of the firm's White Collar Defense Team, will speak at the Boards of Contract Appeals Bar Association Annual Program. Mr. Black will deliver the welcoming remarks at the program.

Mr. Brownlee will moderate a panel titled "Update on Internal Investigation and Enforcement Issues for Contractors." Panelists will discuss key steps a company should take within 24 hours of being served with a search warrant, a criminal subpoena, a civil subpoena or a civil investigative demand. They will also discuss the key 'dos' and 'don'ts' when after learning that the government has begun an investigation.
