Taxation Team Members William Sherman and Summer LePree will speak at the NYU Institute on Federal Taxation that provides updates, practical advice and in-depth analysis of the latest trends and developments from taxation practitioners. Mr. Sherman, who is also on the conference advisory board, will chair a session on International Tax. Ms. LePree will speak on a panel titled "U.S. Tax Law Implications for Foreign Partners" that will address the tax treatment of U.S. activities of foreign partners.
