  • the District’s ongoing effort to amend the District Elements of the Comprehensive Plan for the National Capital, including the recent proposed amendments to the Framework Element that have been submitted to the D.C. Council
  • the recently published System Availability Fee (SAF) regulations
  • the Zoning Regulations and recent amendments
  • D.C. Court of Appeals issues and rulings
