EALA 7th Copenhagen Air Finance Legal Seminar

Aircraft Finance Partners Phillip Durham and Victoria Koob will respectively moderate and speak on a panel discussion on the Cape Town Convention at this year's European Air Law Association (EALA) Air Finance Legal Seminar in Copenhagen. Panelists will exchange their opinions and review novations, repossessions and insolvencies.

Mr. Durham will also speak on the panel, "The Moderators — And A Banker," to help conclude the conference.
