Service Contract Act Training

Government Contracts Partner Eric Crusius will be an instructor for the Professional Services Council (PSC) Service Contract Act (SCA) Training seminar.

This updated training teaches the fundamentals of SCA—some of the most challenging requirements for contractors and contracting agencies involved in federal contracts for services to prepare and implement. Training will cover: preparation of proposals, wage determinations, classifications and conformances for missing classifications, staffing, pricing, out-year price adjustments, response to payroll audits and worker inquiries, administering SCA provisions as they apply to collective bargaining agreements, and numerous other issues on service contracting.
