NYU Summer Institute in Taxation

Holland & Knight attorneys William Sherman and Kevin Packman will speak at the NYU Summer Institute in Taxation. They will be joining other professionals in providing a solid foundation in a specialized area of law or tax practice for new professionals attending this conference.

Mr. Sherman is serving as co-chair and will speak on panels titled "Introduction and Overview," "Subpart F," "Case Studies for Outbound and Inbound Investment," "Introduction and Overview of New Tax Law International Provisions" and "International Mergers and Acquisitions: U.S. Tax Considerations and Planning Techniques."

Mr. Packman will present on a panel titled "Basics of International Tax Compliance."
