Mortgage Bankers Association Regulatory Compliance Conference

At the Mortgage Bankers Association's Regulatory Compliance Conference in Washington, D.C., Financial Services attorneys Leonard Bernstein and Bob Jaworski will join other industry professionals and policy makers to discuss practical advice to meet today's challenges and prepare for what's ahead.

Mr. Bernstein will be speaking on the topic of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA) in the session titled "Litigation Forum/Compliance Track" on the first day of programming. On the second day, Mr. Jaworski will participate in the "State Compliance Issues" session track on the amendments to the New Jersey Residential Mortgage Lending Act and the recent Loughlin v. Amerisave Mortgage Corp. decision.
