Service Contract Act Training

The Professional Services Council (PSC) will once again host a Service Contract Act (SCA) Training Seminar in Arlington, Va. This updated training, featuring Government Contracts Partner Eric Crusius as an instructor, teaches the fundamentals of SCA—some of the most challenging requirements for federal contractors and contracting service agencies to prepare and implement.

Training will cover: preparation of proposals, wage determinations, classifications and conformances for missing classifications, staffing, pricing, out-year price adjustments, response to payroll audits and worker inquiries, administering SCA provisions as they apply to collective bargaining agreements, and numerous other issues on service contracting.
