Attorney David Kully will speak at the National Association of Broadcasters NABSHOW on "DOJ and the Broadcast Marketplace" on April 9 at 10:40 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Mr. Kully will discuss how the Department of Justice (DOJ) has emerged as one of the biggest obstacles to broadcast combinations, how the DOJ approaches broadcast mergers and the possible areas of reform.
