Aviation Industry Legal and Finance Conference

Holland & Knight is a proud sponsor of the Aviation Industry Legal and Finance Conference. Aviation attorney Anita Mosner will chair a panel titled "Competition Law" and Litigation attorney Danilo Romero will be speaking at the panel titled "Protection of Personal Data."

Ms. Mosner's panel will cover joint venture agreements and consolidation. She will also discuss distribution contracts, potential and real GDS/NDC conflicts, the role of traditional travel agents and OTAs and what to expect in the new commercial relationship.

Mr. Romero's panel will discuss regulatory proliferation in the region and the lack of harmonization. He will also review suppliers and airlines contractual policies and cover privacy policies, data theft risk, and potential liabilities.
