Government Contracts Attorney Eric Crusius will speak at Navigating Federal Government Contracts Northwest 2019 in a session titled "How to Adapt to the Commercialization of the Government’s Buying Process." Mr. Crusius will discuss recent trends towards the commercialization of government’s purchasing process, including other Transaction Authority contracting, the Section 846 Portal, Section 809 Panel recommendations to eliminate FAR/DFARS requirements and GSA Contract Consolidation.
