Breakfast on the Status of CFIUS

Partners Ron Oleynik, Antonia Tzinova and Chris DeLacy will participate in a panel moderated by Partner Charles Borden at the upcoming Breakfast on the Status of CFIUS hosted by the Trade & Policy Committee of the British American Business Association and the Holland & Knight Washington, D.C. office. Panelists will review the newly proposed CFIUS regulations, the ways the CFIUS process has changed since FIRRMA legislation was enacted in August 2018, guidance for British companies on navigating the new CFIUS process and opportunities for British companies to engage with CFIUS and related issues.
