First Annual RPPTL Charitable Planning and Exempt Organizations Symposium

Private Wealth Services Attorneys Jason Havens and Kelly Hellmuth will participate in the First Annual RPPTL Charitable Planning and Exempt Organizations Symposium. The virtual symposium will offer presentations on various topics of interest to charitable and exempt organizations, including tax planning techniques, compliance and oversight, and federal tax compliance matters. Mr. Havens is co-chairing the event and will participate through offering introductory remarks. Ms. Hellmuth will speak on two panels: "Things to Remember As You Come to the Starting Gate and Head Off Down the Track: A Survey of the Charitable Giving Track(s)" and "On Which Horse Should You Bet? – Case Studies and Examples of Charitable Giving."
